End-to-end UX case study: from research to a tested prototype that improved task success by 28%.
PawPal is a mobile app concept designed to help urban pet owners connect with one another and discover verified pet-friendly places. The goal is to create safe, low-pressure social opportunities for both pets and their people through clear information, compatibility filters, and profile previews.
I led the full UX/UI process from discovery to high-fidelity prototyping. Using user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, I uncovered key needs around trust, safety, and ease of use in pet meetups. The result is a clean, friendly interface that guides users through profile creation, discovery, and event sharing with minimal friction.
I designed and tested key features like compatibility-based filtering, map discovery, and shareable invite links. Each decision was grounded in user research and validated through iterative testing, culminating in a hi-fi prototype built in Figma and refined through user feedback.
